               Subject + had + been + verb 3^rd form + by + object.

Positive Sentences

(1) A/V: I had written a letter.

    P/V: A letter had been written by me.

(2) A/V: We had won the match.

     P/V: The match had been won by us.

(3) A/V: She had recited the holy Quran.

     P/V: The holy Quran had been recited by  her.

(4) A/V: He had known me.

     P/V: I had been known by him.

(5) A/V: They had cut the tomato.

    P/V: The tomato had been cut by them.

(6) A/V: You had taken exercise.

     P/V: Exercise had been taken by you.

(7) A/V: Bilal had bought the notebook.

    P/V: The notebook had been bought by Bilal.

Formula

    A/V:  Subject + had + not + being + verb 3^rd form + by + object.

(1) A/V: He had not written a letter.

    P/V: A letter had not been written by him.

(2)A/V:  She had not watched the movie.

 P/V:  The movie had not been watched by her.

(3)A/V: They had not broken the mirror.

    P/V: The mirror had not been broken by them.

(4)A/V: We had not cleaned the room.

    P/V: The room had not been cleaned by us.

(5)A/V: You had not washed the clothes.

   P/V: The clothes had not been washed by you.

     P/V: My beard had not been shaved by me.
