ADVERB
Adverb is word that modifies
the meaning of an adjective, verb or other, adverb, expressing manner place,
time, or degree (i.e. gently, here, now).
Adverb of Types
1. Adverb of
Manner
These
Adverb tell us that in which manner the action occur or how the action occur or
occurred/will occur.
Examples
1. She speaks
loudly. (Here loudly” is Adverb of Manner)
2. He was driving
slowly. (Here slowly” is Adjective of Manner)
3 You replied
correctly. (Here correctly” is Adverb of Manner)
4. She runs fast.
(Here fast” is Adjective of manner)
2. Adverb of Time
These Adjective
tell us about the time action.
Examples
Now, Then,
Tomorrow, Yesterday, Today
1. I will buy a Computer
tomorrow. (Here Tomorrow” is Adverb of Time).
2. The guest come
yesterday. (Here Yesterday” is Adverb of Time).

Adverb of place
tell us about the place of action or where action occur / occurred/ will occur.
Examples
1. He will come here. (Here “is Adverb of
Place).
2. He was
standing near the Wall. (Here near the Wall” is Adverb of Place).

Adverb of
Frequency tell us how many time the action occur/ occurred/ will occur/
Examples
1. She goes to
School daily.( Here Daily” is Adverb of Frequency).
2. She never
smoke. (Here Never” is Adverb of Frequency).
